During the mountain bonus on the pass, you can stop and visit the observation tower with beautiful views, especially towards Smerek and Połonina Wetlińska. The tower is equipped with a telescope, but using it is not easy. The telescope has a swinging suspension, allowing for quick movements in every direction, which makes the image dance and difficult to stabilize. In the event of an unexpected downpour, you can wait in the wooden shelter next to the parking lot. Good asphalt surface on the road from Nowy Łupków to Cisna. WW

Fresh, even asphalt and a series of 6-10% uphill sections. An ideal section of about 10 km for road training. Moderate movement.

A monument commemorating the brave defenders, ordinary people, of Cisna and the surrounding area against the UPA 1944–1947. Initially, he was called "Fallen in the fight to consolidate people's power" (pol. "Poległym w walce o utrwalenie władzy ludowej"). In order to avoid dismantling the monument as part of the decommunization act, it was decided to change its name.

The wooden church in Baligród already existed in 1761. The current brick church was built in 1829 from the foundation of Onufry Karsznicki, the owner of Baligród. In 1928 it was rebuilt and renovated. At that time a wooden dome was built in place of a small turret for a bell tower. The church is surrounded by a stone cemetery wall, preserved on the north side. A screen bell tower with three arcades adjoins the wall from the north. The church has been closed since 1947. Until the early 1980s, it was used as a warehouse. In 1985, by decision of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Krosno, the church together with the entire complex: the temple, the belfry, the trees and the church wall: were entered into the Register of Monuments /registration number A-51/. In 2005, the Mayor of the Baligród Commune transferred the church, which was in a state of construction disaster, to the Association for Saving the Church in Baligród. Since 2007, as funds and donations are raised, renovation and construction works have been carried out. source: information board at the church
