Attention! In my opinion, the descent through the gorge is life-threatening due to loose scree and the danger of falling rocks. After the section with the rope, there is nothing more to hold onto and it continues steeply downhill for some time! Not moderately difficult, but dangerous! Absolutely unsuitable for dogs and children!

Really nice lake, with some lovely spots to swim, camp and be on the water.

A rennovated stable, today Tverrsjøstallen is a simple dining spot that serves food and drink at weekends during the skiing season. While it's closed at other times in the year, the bus stop here is the ideal start point for a hike to Svarttjernshøgda, Nordmarka's highest point.

If you want to hike in a beautiful, peaceful forest, then Mosmoen Forest is just the place for you. Nothing can beat the peace and tranquillity of a Norwegian forest, especially when there are so many trails and tracks to choose from. You will also find great hiking trails within the forest that are easily accessible from Hadeland glassworks.

After descending the ropes through the gorge, there's a steep section with lots of loose rocks. I wouldn't classify this as average, but rather as difficult (and quite dangerous). The rest of the route is very scenic.

There is also a swing on the old tree, but it won't be able to bear any weight anymore 🤭
