As if through a gate, a steel monk walks with his walking stick, marking a station on the approximately 1000 km long long-distance hiking trail for cyclists, the Mönchsweg, which also runs right through Schleswig-Holstein. The Trappenkamp art forge has already made another sculpture for Oldenburg in Holstein. The monk, cut free with a cutting torch, turns out of a six-millimeter-thick steel plate.
