Hiking
The Ditch Trail (the southern portion of this loop) is a great, easy trail for hiking, without any extreme elevation gain or loss. You'll get some pretty vistas, too, mixed in with the trees.
The Soda Creek Trail, on the other hand, has a steep descent/climb at either end — great for making a loop if you want more of a challenge.
