I used the services of Volcano Bikes in Costa Calma, borrowing a KTM Revelator Alto Pro bike. I made the reservation by e-mail before arriving on the island - no prepayment was required. On site, to my surprise, no one even wanted any document, signing a contract, etc. A surprising minimum of formalities. The borrowed bike is quite fresh, with light traces of use, but very, very comfortable. The rental service was very polite and helpful. If you don't fly to Fuerteventura with your bike, I recommend it (although the prices are unfortunately not low).
