The young athlete stands proud and self-confident in the sculpture park, completely upright and undressed. No sporting activity can be seen, neither hard training nor competition. The man is completely relaxed and without any tension and seems confident of accepting the demands of life. In the upright and taut posture of the bronze sculpture, the sculptor Fritz Fleer underscores the harmonious, optimistic charisma through openness and the clear vertical orientation. The symmetry is only slightly broken in the positions of the hands.
