Hiking

Beautifully situated cottage surrounded by 3000s. The cottage was rebuilt in the 1980s, but is still very cozy. It offers 20 beds in room warehouses in neat 4-6 bed rooms and 40 beds in shared camps. The food (breakfast and dinner) was rich and good.

The location in and of itself offers a picture of real high mountain nature: directly in front of the hut the magnificent Geltalkees, above it the rocky peaks of the Kleinweiß (2,976 m), the Black Wall (3,106 m), the Morgenkofel (3,070 m) and the Wasserkopf (3,141 m) ; to the north is the Geltalspitze (3,126 m), to the right of which is a chain of mighty mountain peaks up to the Grosse Ohrespitze (3,101 m), with the Magerstein (3,270 m), the Wildgall (3,272 m).
