Trans Rarau is one of Romania's highest and best-known mountain roads, leading through the Suceava region in the Eastern Carpathians and is known for its breathtaking views and challenging route. The road is approximately 25.2 km long and reaches a maximum altitude of 1,451 meters.
Trans Rarau is also referred to as “Drumul Comorilor” (Road of Treasures) and passes through picturesque, tranquil landscapes.
