Nice and quiet here and only a slight incline.

You have to take a small detour to get here. Always follow the Primstal cycle path

The cycle path is a former railway line in sections. In some places you can still see tracks next to the cycle path, which are gradually being overgrown by nature. More information about this and other railway line cycle paths in Saarland and throughout Germany can be found at: bahntrassenradeln.de/bahn_sl.htm

The access at Knorscheid is a bit bumpy (concrete and cobblestones) but the surface is top notch 👍.

Beautiful foot and cycle path from Primsweiler past Knorscheid to Jabach (and vice versa). The path is paved and easy to drive - and car-free. However, you have to get along with pedestrians and other cyclists, so it's not necessarily suitable for driving fast.

A foot and cycle bridge over the Theel. A steel structure, also with a grating as a roadway. Be careful when wet as it may be slippery.

Away from the road, you can roll along nicely on the route if the surface is good
