I haven't been here for a few years, but it did me a lot of good right away. The hut service was perfect, as it used to be. I will be here more often now.

The Marias Landstüberl offers dishes made from freshly caught Arctic char from the best spring water in various variations or also directly from the farm to take away. Starting point for many hikes.

The ruins are visible from afar. However, you can't drive directly to them. You have to leave your bike in the parking lot and then walk to the ruins.

The view is fantastic, even though it was a bit rainy. You can see half of the Vienna Alps (WAB) from Wiener Neustadt to the Sonnwendstein, and it's a great reminder of the beginning and the first stages of the hike.
