The central trail is open almost year-round (except during breeding season) via wooden walkways and dirt sections. I recommend walking in complete silence out of respect for the animals and people who frequent it. Due to the mud, I also recommend wearing appropriate footwear. Also remember to pay the €2 ticket at the ticket machines located at each entrance.
