Located on the Mosquito River, these falls are a short 1 mile hike from the Mosquito Beach Campground. The falls are about 8 feet tall, and the pool at the bottom is known for beaver and otter sightings.

An easy walk from the parking area on a semi-paved road, Au Train Falls are a great family-friendly walk. The falls drop around 40 feet over a series of small cascades. The falls are best seen in the spring time when wetter weather means that the flow will be higher.

This sandy beach can be found on the northern shore of Grand Island. The beach can be accessed from a small path off of the main path around the island. Located nearby is the Shelter Ridge Campsite, which has toilet facilities.

This sandy beach on the west side of Grand Island is a great first stop by visitors on the island. A unique characteristic about this beach is the amount of large, very smooth stones that cover large portions of the sand. This is an easy hike for day visitors to the island.

Miners Beach is a 1 mile long beach on the shores of Lake Superior. The beach can be easily accessed from a boardwalk that leads from the parking area. Looking east from the beach, you can Bridalveil Falls flowing into Lake Superior. Walking to the western side of the beach, you can also see views of Miners Castle.
