The Grand Canal has an excellent tow path, it's reasonably well surfaced and although it can get puddley it drains well. Brilliant for easy walking or flat running/cycling. The Grand Canal trail is 117 km (73 mile) from Shannon Harbour to Lucan.

Victoria Bridge in Celbridge was built in 1837, replacing an earlier structure that had been damaged by floods. Itโ€™s a five-arch limestone bridge that has carried traffic across the River Liffey for nearly two centuries. Today it remains the main crossing in the town and a local landmark marking the start of many cycling routes.
