A beautifully designed and maintained trail that's a real joy to ride. Also suitable for beginners, as all jumps and difficult sections can be bypassed. A big shout-out and special thanks to the Mümlingtal cyclists 🙏😎🤘🏼

The Buchklingen Trail is a real highlight for beginners! This is the perfect place to learn the basics - including small wall rides that add extra fun. And if you want to learn how to jump, this is the right place for you: the jumps are low and the landings are generously sized so you can practice in a relaxed manner. An ideal spot for anyone who wants to gain their first experience and have a lot of fun!

You have to take it with you. Easy to ride, even for those with less experience😉

The Buchklingetrail will be closed from November 30, 2023 until further notice due to felling of wood. The barriers must be observed. Risk of death.

The route is divided into three sections, which at least feel more intense in terms of skill level. In the first section there are steep curves with flowing ground with small to medium jumps. From the second section onwards it becomes significantly more challenging in terms of the ground and the gradient. Here too there are jumps which were outside my comfort zone (landing too steep with little "run-out" when landing ). For these first two sections, obstacles can be avoided all in all. That changes in the third section, which is characterized by inhospitable ground over steep curves and short, steep up / down passages (don't brake otherwise you won't really be able to get through the up part ;-)). So that no wrong impression is created: this section is also easy to master and ride. If you don't like overly steep gradients with sometimes difficult ground, you should perhaps just drive out after the first section (on the first path that crosses across). Today we rode for the first time with our skill level "advanced beginners" and although it was challenging, the trail was great fun. The trail was in very good condition and if you're reading this I would like to say "thank you" to everyone involved in creating this great trail.
