From the Creu de Rupit starts one of those descents that I have done many times and always enjoy. Wide track, quite shaded, normally in good condition and with a perfect gradient to pick up speed and let the bike run. There is good flow here: corners that link up, the bike runs by itself and there are moments when you can release the brakes and simply enjoy. I confess that more than one shout has escaped me going down here. You pass by Can Cot and Can Sabé and continue losing altitude until the Pou de Glaç de Canyamars. But precisely because you can descend very quickly, you have to be very careful. It is common to encounter people climbing on foot, often with dogs, and some corners have enough gradient to give you a good scare. A descent to release the brakes, enjoy the flow and let the bike run… but never your head.

Be careful where you park, dirt, trash, etc. and pray to be able to find the car with all four wheels.

Booth located in Turó de Can Tunyí, the starting point for some of the best trials in the area, including La Birra, Mistral, and Lechón + Cabirol, all three of which are intermediate level, and La Ratonera/Arqueólogo, which is more difficult.

A very useful route connecting Coll de Parpers with the Sant Carles residential area, avoiding the Plana de l'Espinal trail. The trail runs through the forest, with no technical difficulties, ideal for MTB but not suitable for gravel riding. The best part: from this section, countless super-fun and technical downhill trails open up, some quite challenging, heading towards Òrrius or Argentona. Highly recommended if you're looking for smooth alternatives with more challenging options right next door.

It had been a while since I came down here, the rains and the traffic of Bikers (including myself) have noticeably deteriorated this track (We will have to notify the Llinars brigade to see if they can put it in condition). In this area there are several places to descend with guaranteed fun. P.S. I returned in 2025 and 2026 and the condition is deplorable, the heavy rains have destroyed this section, nowadays not even motorbikes pass through here.
