Great kiosk with cool hosts. It's a shame there's a steep hill from Kempten to get there. I've been here several times. While I was having my Schupfnudeln (scrambled dumplings), the host asked me if I wanted them without bacon. Another good thing: they've largely rebuilt the kiosk. I've been during the week so far, and I imagine it's busy on weekends, even though this is a quiet corner of the Allgäu. The route around the lake is gorgeous.

I prefer this kiosk at Rottachspeicher because it's smaller and quieter than the one in Petersthal. The cakes have been delicious so far.

There is a surprisingly large selection of food and drinks here. There are also daily specials that change every day (e.g. Rhenish Sauerbraten, venison goulash ...). We really enjoyed everything😋 Plus the great location by the lake and a nice host - highly recommended! Telephone: 015164596637

Great kiosk with a very nice beer garden right by the lake. The food is good and the toilets are clean.

Very cool hosts. I've only had delicious potato dumplings once and was asked if I wanted them with bacon. The old wooden building has been renovated and expanded. There are normal tables and lots of deck chairs
