Not much to look at for a wainwright. But it ticks it off if your bagging them. I was lucky enough to hike this when it was dry. But can imagine this section could get boggy.

Bannerdale Crags is a great viewpoint for Sharp Edge on Blencathra. The eastern face of the fell has impressive crags which give the fell its name. Be aware that the highest point of the fell is not by the obvious cairn close to the eastern edge but is approximately 100m further west.
