A modest monument in the form of a stone plaque stands near the road bridge over the Nogat River, named after Rotmistrz Witold Pilecki. WW Witold Pilecki (1901–1948) is a Polish national hero, a soldier of the Home Army (Armia Krajowa) and co-founder of the Secret Polish Army (Tajnej Armii Polskiej). He voluntarily had himself locked up in the Auschwitz camp to organize a resistance movement there and gather evidence of the Germans' crimes. After escaping, he fought in the Warsaw Uprising. Murdered by the communist authorities. (information from a search engine)

A place of numerous meetings, shows, concerts and street performances to the delight of tourists. City square with a fountain in the shape of a knight's shield with swords, referring to medieval history. The main attraction of this place is the fountain. The water flows from almost 50 jets and "dances" to the rhythm of selected sounds. The colorful water jets provide a unique show, especially after dusk. In summer, every Friday and Saturday, the historical shows of the fountain resound. In this interesting, half-hour performance, the history of Marienburg is shown. https://de.visitmalbork.pl/1156,Tanzender-bunter-Springbrunnen.html

The monument was erected in the pedestrian zone in 2010 and shows the figure of King Casimir IV. Andreas with a sceptre in his hand. The sculpture, with a height of 348 cm, was cast entirely from bronze. This is a monument to the Polish king, who, with his triumphant entry into Malbork in June 1457, initiated the so-called Polish times, which lasted for 315 years. The monument to King Casimir IV. Andreas was intended to commemorate the Polish history of the city. https://de.visitmalbork.pl/1155,Denkmal-fr-Knig-Kasimir-den-4-Andreas.html

The Malbork sign is a striking photo motif on the southern edge of the old town - a modern welcome point that offers you a clear moment of orientation. Located directly on easily walkable paths, it is suitable as a short stop on tours between Marienburg, the Nogat promenade, and the surrounding parks. More symbol than sight, but a nice place for a break and a quick souvenir photo.

Also known as the Holy Spirit Gate or the Elbing Gate. The gate was built in the second half of the 14th century during the construction of the city's defense system, as one of the elements for communication with the city on the east side. A five-story brick building on a rectangular plan, with three pointed arches. The gate is part of the fortifications around the Old Town. In the 1930s, a youth hostel was established here. In 1945, the building was partially damaged during the fighting. The renovation took place ten years later. https://de.visitmalbork.pl/957,Tpfertor.html

The St. Mary's Gate - Brama Mariacka - is one of the distinctive historical city gates of Malbork. Formerly known as the Ferry Gate, it connected the city to the south towards Marienwerder and Thorn. The Brick Gothic style is clearly recognizable, and the renovated complex today forms an atmospheric entrance to the old town. The gate is a short, rewarding stop and a quiet glimpse into the medieval city structure before continuing to the Malbork Castle or along the Nogat river.

The St. Adalbert Bridge (Most im. św. Wojciecha) spans the Nogat River and, with the very best panoramic views of the Malbork Castle, leads you to the largest brick castle in the world. It connects the modern promenade (Bulwar im. Macieja Kilarskiego) on the city side directly with the castle grounds.
