Extremely basic convenience store. Don’t expect much selection here. However, there’s a chip truck on the property, good poutine. Even has gluten free poutine and veggie burgers etc.

Decent general store. With good hours. LCBO for those so inclined. No bathroom. Chip truck on the property but was closed when I stopped by early in the morning.

This trail is badly flooded even late in the season (early Sep) after weeks of dry weather. Consider taking Hwy 7 between Mountain Grove Rd and Bell Line Rd to avoid this section (unless you really enjoy wading through knee deep water for 15-20 mins in prime mosquito habitat)

Beautifully maintained gravel rail trail (Kingston-Pembroke) along highlighted segment. Deep in quiet beaver country. Two main towns Verona and then Sharbot Lake for groceries and food. Note that the perfect trail conditions end abruptly at northern tip of segment and becomes WW1 craters for 2-3 km. We jogged onto highway.
