The "Deichwachthaus Auwörth" is rather inconspicuous. On the dam there is a rest area with two benches and a wooden table. There is another bench in front of the cottage with a view of the Odenwald. The informative information board for the cottage is in the direction of Biebesheim, just below the dam, next to a grove. The fear of the witch Awertgret should keep the children to work during the field work.
