A beautiful place for a leisurely stroll! Please note that Hüttnersee is a nature reserve, home to many rare plants and vulnerable bird species. Therefore, please stick to the official paths and keep your dogs on a leash where signage indicates that dogs must be kept on a leash. Thank you for your consideration! https://www.zh.ch/de/umwelt-tiere/naturschutz/naturschutzgebiete.html

This well-maintained wooden pier follows the shore for a short distance, offering uninterrupted views of the sparkling lake, dotted with charming sailboats and framed by rolling hills.

Very nice and quiet area. It is best to avoid the hours before and after work.

The Rietliau lido offers a nice opportunity to swim in Lake Zurich. There is a diving tower and various play options in the water and on land. The associated restaurant with a terrace in the middle of the reeds can also be visited without entering the pool.

Great section of jetty directly on Lake Zurich. If there is a lot going on, you should push the bike here.

The Hüttnersee is located in a nature reserve between the villages of Hütten and Saturdayern in the canton of Zurich. The small, idyllic lake lies on the border with the canton of Schwyz at an altitude of 658 meters above sea level. Hüttner Moorsee is fed by the Sägelbach and the Krebsbach, the latter also flowing out of the lake. The small lake has a maximum depth of 13.5 meters. The lake is artificially aerated through agricultural over-fertilization. The Hüttner Seeli is located in a picturesque landscape high above Lake Zurich amidst pastures and hills. In winter, the Seeli is partly frozen over and, as long as the municipality allows it, nothing stands in the way of ice skating fun. There is a beach at the Seelein between May and October. This offers a small kiosk, a lawn and play areas for children. Source: https://www.schweizersee.ch/huettnersee/

At Hüttnersee there is a free swimming area and a recommended restaurant with traditional, regional food. A stop is definitely worth it.
