Stateneset Viewpoint loop from Sørbøvågen

If you are trusting gps and Komoot or are a very confident hiker you can climb the hill from the eastern side as shown in the tour here.
BUT: if your are not dont do it!
The eastern part (respective to the top of the hill) of this Tour ist NOT a hiking path! It looks like a wildlife path but in some areas I only followed gps and map through bushes and wood. It simply doesnt exist in those parts. The last 100 meters of altitude are okay but then just before reaching the top you will go through tense small bushes without seeing the ground very much. The ground is very uneven and i stepped multiple times into mud holes. Sometimes it is slippery, wet and muddy (That applies to both hill sides) Be aware of that! Wear very good shoes!
The western side of the hill and that part of the route in fact is a marked hiking path and you can walk it without irritations. Its very beautiful and yet a bit challenging due to the terrain. With a bit of focus and concentration its not a big problem and the View from the top is astonishing!

I really recommend the tour but only on the western side! Please only hike the western half of the circle to the top and use the same way back.

In my opinion publishing the eastern part to make it a circle is unresponsible and should be removed!
