The route is anything but easy. Narrow rock paths and considerable inclines. Sometimes of 20% plus. I would advise against it for moderate fitness. For trained hikers it is perfectly doable. Tip: take something to drink with you, because at 25 degrees and more this is really necessary. If it is humid, watch out for the stones, they are super slippery due to deposits.
