Hiking
Incredible seven summits you can experience on this tour. The Flumserberg is a true hiking paradise with gentle meadows, imposing mountains and many lakes. Since the start of the tour is located at the mountain station Maschgenkamm, you save yourself the long climb from the valley and you can completely get involved in the beautiful landscape. Along the way you will always find interesting boards that provide you with useful information.
The hike starts at 2,000 meters at the mountain station Maschgenkamm. From there it goes to the first of the seven peaks, the Ziger. Hiking through the high alpine scenery above Lake Walen is a true experience. On safe paths we lead you to the 2,222 meter high Leist and shortly afterwards to the Rainissalts.
Afterwards you will reach the highest point of this tour, the Mütschüelergulmen, via gently rolling pastures. From here you can enjoy a great view of the Churfirsten. At your feet are small mountain lakes scattered.
From Mütschüelergulmen you hike to the summit number five, the Cuncels. On the way you cross the crystal-clear Tobelwaldbach and can take a break after eight kilometers at an idyllic resting place.
Our route continues to the 1,868 meter high Chli Güslen, which is only a few steps away from the seventh summit, the Gross Güslen. A unique panorama of Walensee and Churfirsten opens up before you on the final mountain. Take time to take in the fresh air and incredible views.
On the descent down to Tannenboden, you will pass by the wonderful Seebenalp: in front of you, three shimmering lakes open up, embedded in a wreath of mountains. The imposing Hotel Seebenalp is the perfect place for a final stop. The spacious sun terrace is located directly on the beautiful Grosssee.
From the first to the last section you can enjoy really great views. So just before Tannenboden, your stage destination, where the view always wanders back to the Walensee.
