did this ride on Saturday, started from Haryln, so added about another 7 miles to the round trip ... the "expert fitness" claim is not a lie... what I would caveat is the DECEPTION of this trail... starting in Padstow the first 16 miles or so is delightful and quite easy. the last 15 miles is MORDOR.
