It’s always fun to ride into other states, and this is probably the easiest way to do it from the southern part of Boston. Head SW through some lovely quiet roads, and dive under the Interstate, and hook around the reservoir in Rhode Island. Remember to stock up for the long ride: in the US there are no refueling stops unless you’re on a main road. Quiet roads are residential and dull!
