Immerse yourself in nature and become one with it. Hug a tree and see how good it feels. Feel the structures of the different leaves with your hand and breathe in the air of the forest floor - real forest bathing!

The entrance gate to the Waldbad is the Rüster Mark hiking car park. Look forward to a trip to the heart of the Üfter, Rüster and Emmelkämper Mark. How about a few steps on the ant barefoot path, which lets you perceive the forest floor particularly intensively? With a little luck, you can watch wild boars in the biotope with a small pond, which you can reach via a small side path.

The observation hut Üfter Mark - also known as Rhader Kanzel - offers you another chance to see animals. There are a lot of red deer on the move, especially at dusk. Binoculars, a blanket and maybe a hot drink are the ideal equipment if you have patience and time to travel. Via the now renatured old gravel pit with its idyllic pond and some boulders, you slowly return to the starting point of the tour.
