Sella Pass

Highlight • Mountain Pass

The Sella Pass (2,224 meters) separates the Sassolungo Massif from the Sella Group and forms a natural border between Val di Fassa and Val Gardena. The view compensates for the arduous climb.

July 4, 2025,Dolomites Day 4 - Sella Ronda
This is the short route of the Maratona that everyone will be doing on Sunday for the Maratona does Dolomites. You can either finish in Corvara or continue on over the Campolongo for a second time and then on to the Giau and Falzarego (full Maratona - 138 km, 4,230m) or only the Falzarego for the Medio (106 km, 3,130m).
Of course the best support you could wish for 😍

Because of the better weather 🌡 there were significantly more 🚴 than last year.

But the North German headwind was training enough. This view is phenomenal!!!!! There was very little traffic on the roads and the asphalt was mostly good to very …

It was more of a coincidence that our presence here coincided with the second Sellaronda Bike Day 2024. And I can't think of a nicer day on a racing bike. No cars, just bikes. ❤️
Affogato in Selva.
