Hiking

On this tour, blueberries are the stars. The "Blue Gold" of the Black Forest accompanies you on the premium-certified Blueberry Trail around the blueberry village of Enzklösterle. A varied landscape awaits you with lush blueberry bushes, moss-covered rocks, and fantastic views.

From the start at the Tourist Information, you hike through the spa park into the Lappach valley and up to the Schöllkopf plateau at 800 meters altitude. You dive into the forest on narrow paths, enjoy the green in all its nuances and the wonderful scent. At the blueberry platform, the view opens up far over Enzklösterle. A perfect place for a cozy picnic. It continues through the idyllic Lappach valley, along the Enz river and past the historic Rußhütte forge to the Erdbeerplatte. There, the blueberry swing invites you to a dreamlike view over the village. Afterwards, the loop leads back past the red deer enclosure and over the panoramic trail. Is the tour too long for you? Then you can also easily divide the tour into two stages.

Tip: Have you acquired a taste for it? Then a visit to the Blueberry House is worthwhile. Here you will find many products related to the forest fruit that is so typical for Enzklösterle. Seasonally, many things also revolve around the blueberry at local restaurants. A fruity conclusion to your experience.

Great circular hike around Enzklösterle on many forest paths over the Schöllkopf (highest point) to the viewing platform and Lappachtal, past the Enzpromenade, Hirschkopfhütte and wildlife enclosure.
Absolute premium hiking trail from me 4.8 out of 5 stars!
Details are described on the pictures.

This path is highly recommended: in blueberry season it really leads through lots of blueberries and in between there are chilled drinks to pay for at an open cash register...very nice!!!

Started very early today before the heat gets too intense, and the plan worked 😄
Wonderful in the morning air and there was always a breeze. Had bowls with us to pick solid ones, but honestly, gave up after an hour, still brought a lot of berries with us, and also put a few in your mouth right away 🫐😋 …

A wonderful path with lots of highlights. I particularly liked the 3 places where the Enzklösterle registry office conducts weddings. I liked the viewing platform the most. Magnificent. There are endless blueberry bushes. But they are very susceptible to frost when they are in bloom. But in good years there are so many that you can actually make schnapps out …

When the temperatures were fresh, it worked. Round off in Enzklösterle in the morning. After just a few meters, the tour passed the blueberry house and then uphill to the viewing platform with a great view. After refreshment, the tour continued in a very varied way. After another stop with blueberry ice tea, the tour went around Enzklösterle to the …

@BF 🌲🥾hike🚴‍♂️bike 〽️ & the Christmas market 🧑‍🎄 inspired me to do the tour again.

Over half a century ago, I financed my Bonanza 🚴 one summer with the help of my blueberry 🫐🫐 grandma.

Back then, blueberries 🫐🫐 were the blue gold for the people in the villages 😍😍😍
