Ydesminde Skov is a mixed forest in Syddjurs Municipality on Djursland (eastern Jutland), close to the hamlet of Hvalskov and just south of Kolind. It originated as Ydesminde Plantage, a plantation established between Ebdrup and Kolind in the early 20th century and named in 1919 in memory of teacher I.C. Yde of Ebdrup, a driving force behind the local agricultural association’s tree‑planting efforts.
