Harmersbacher Vesperweg Premium Trail

Since we hadn't been there for a long time, we spontaneously decided on the Vesperweg in Oberharmersbach today. Pure sun and entertaining☀️🥾

With my batteries only half-charged from Saturday, I headed up the mountain today. Unfortunately, no snack, but with a great view. A truly great hike with many highlights. Especially the liqueur break 🤣. It was a bit too early for a beer, after all. I'm still eyeing the rooster and hen. But my daughter will be coughing after today 🤣.

Finally ON TOUR again 🥳!!!!! Because I'm having trouble getting out of bed at the moment 😴🥱, the tour doesn't start until 10 a.m. at the hiking car park in Oberharmersbach. In pleasant temperatures, I walk along the signs for the gourmet path to the first highlight of the tour, the 30 m long tree trunk that is very well maintained. Unfortunately it's still too early for a break, but I still try out the various seating options 😆 On wide gravel/forest paths, we continue towards the "Krochte Wässerle" drinks station, where there's a snack and a cold shandy 😋....with a heavy heart, I say goodbye to the comfortable seating there. The view from the Pano[frame] is great!!! Next, the Schmusehisli welcomes me....sooo great 😍 a very nice place. At the Harkhof I climb onto one of the 3 VERY large chairs and hope that I can get down again unscathed 🥴.......done!!!!! Over coffee and delicious plum cake I marvel at the praying mantis that visited me. After the Harkhof there are finally a few paths similar to paths and it is also quite steep downhill. After the porch swing and the pavilion I arrive back in Oberharmersbach. In comparison to the Hahn and Henne Weg in Zell am Harmersbach, the Vesperweg is (for me) clearly behind. Despite the many great highlights and rest areas, there was too little view and too many wide paths for me.

Unfortunately, the weather app had lied again, so we had a little rain at the beginning of the tour. ,,, Which had the advantage that only a few hikers were on the way, the great snack spots are mostly occupied or just wet ... unfortunately. So the tour will run during the week ... and without rain. But otherwise very well signposted and challenging beautiful tour.

Hello everyone, After breakfast, we headed to Oberharmersbach for the premium hiking trail – the Harmersbach Vesper Trail. 😏 The "Vesper Trail" takes you on a journey combining culinary delights with hiking pleasure. Here you can let your gaze wander across the valley. Once your backpack is filled with a delicious snack, you can enjoy one of the unique and lovingly handcrafted seating areas along the trail. If you like, you can stop for a bite to eat and enjoy schnitzel, "firefighter cake," and other treats. 😋 Hiking bliss and pure enjoyment are closely intertwined. Beautiful climbs and through the woods 🌲🌳 in perfect weather. Between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius, I briefly considered changing out of my long pants into shorts. I was so hot! I'm just a hot guy 😂 Check out the pictures; they say it all. Now for a hot shower, a coffee, and a thorough cleaning of the camper. Mandy kept a watchful eye on everything from her garden chair 🥰.
