Angelwiesen Meadows

From the fishing meadows you have a wonderful all-round view, especially of the walls of the rose garden (König-Laurin-Wand, Vajolettürme and Kesselkogel) as well as the Hammerwand and the summit area of the Schlern behind.

The meadows themselves are rich in a wide variety of flowers - in June especially bell-shaped gentians and Bavarian gentians (much smaller flowers), globe flowers, anemones, tiny primroses, columbines ... Simply wonderful!

The Vajolet Towers and the Rosengarten almost always in view 🥰 Started early in the morning, over 30 degrees from noon 🔥

I recommend the tour in the direction shown and not in reverse.

The ascent to the Hanicker Schwaige is very nice and has some nice impressions. It gets really great from the Hanicker Schwaige, from there you have an impressive view, so bring a little patience. :)

A really fabulous round, which is quite exhausting on the last ascent. If necessary, you could use the bus to get back to the Niger Pass from the lowest point. Although there are still a number of beautiful views to be enjoyed.

Worthwhile tour with a magnificent panorama.
Can be shortened by bus.

Today we hiked from St.Zyprian to the Vajolet Towers via the Plafötschalm to the Haniger Schwaige. Very varied over root paths, developed hiking trails, along a stream, over picturesque alpine pastures and past old larks. The first part of the tour leads straight to the Vajolet Towers, with a gigantic view of the Rosengarten every time. You can stop for …

What a great round.🤩 Although it’s getting down to business right from the start 🥵↗️, the amazing view of the valley and the Rosengarten massif, the great paths 🏞 and the impressive mountain streams 💦 compensate for all the hardships. Simply mega beautiful
