The Trail Arena Val Gardena is one of the most scenic trail parks in the Alps. Panorama and flow lovers will find their money's worth here. And if you like a technically challenging route, the Ciampinoi route is perfect for you.

You can choose your entry point to the Trail Arena thanks to the five lift stations (Dantercepies, Cir, Piz Seteur, Gran Paradiso, Ciampinoi). On this tour, we've placed the starting point at the Dantercepies cable car. With a Trail Arena ticket or the Super Summer Card, you can repeat the trails as often as you like without having to climb too many meters.

The varied trails offer stunning views, plenty of banked turns, jumps, and blistering speeds. Four flow trails, the challenging freeride route, and the technically demanding Ciampinoi route will put a big smile on your face on this tour.

A truly spectacular view awaits you as you head into the valley. A wide valley, with the Sella massif to the left and the Sassolungo ahead. The mountain huts make the view even more idyllic. Definitely worth the effort, whether on foot or by bike.

Trail Reviews

September 5, 2023, Wolkenstein: Trail-Spass

Perfect weather for skiing the trails around Wolkenstein. We rode the lift three times and three trails: Cir Giara (we already knew it from last year), Paravis and the Family Line. All three nice flow trails, although we liked the Paravis best. In between and back to Wolkenstein you can ride a few rough trails that have more of an enduro character - they were a lot of fun. Riding once was enough for us, a whole day of “bike park blasting” isn’t for us 😂
