This circular hike takes you from Forchheim to the Rettenner Kanzel (Retter's Pulpit). Enjoy magnificent views of the town of Forchheim, the St. Nicholas Vexier Chapel in Reifenberg, and the striking Walberla plateau. The starting point is at the foot of the Kellerberg.

You begin by walking a short distance up the mountain and then continue on a flat terrain to the Rettener Kanzel (Retter's Pulpit). To fully enjoy the view, you climb to the highest point of the hike. Time for a break and to enjoy the view.

Afterward, you descend again and reach the village of Weilersbach. You finally return to the starting point on a relatively flat path.

The first part of the hike to Weilersbach is really great. The view of the Walberla from the Retterner Kanzel is a pleasure. From Weilersbach it gets a little boring.
But overall it was a nice tour.
