This route was planned by komoot.
The bicycle route starts in the opposite direction, i.e. first in the Czech Republic and then the trail in Poland.
On the Polish side, the trail mainly runs along the railway embankment. It is an asphalt two-way bicycle road, nicely marked, with rest areas and restaurants. On the Czech side, the marking is different - in some parts of the trail there is, in others it is missing and it is worth having a gpx to follow. Mostly on this side of the border we travel in traffic. On the way, you pass through the town of Karviná, where there is a very beautiful market square - amazing tenement houses. I didn't take any photos of this experience. In the Czech Republic, unfortunately, there were more sections where you drove in full sun, so in this heat we focused more on driving them as quickly as possible than, for example, taking pictures. Fortunately, Kofola and Czech beer quenched our thirst and replenished electrolytes. ;) If you are in the area, I recommend taking this trail.
After yesterday's Turbo Walk, today we need to stretch our legs. The trail partly runs along old railway routes. The rest is fields and the center of Karvina. On a sunny day like today, the route delights with its views and peace (unless more cyclists come up with the same idea for a trip). In Godowo, next to the commune office or the fire brigade, there are many free parking spaces for cars.
It took a long time to fix it, and now I'm catching up. Today I rode internationally on a new fork, drivetrain, blocks and seatpost.
