Thanks to the very nice and good weather on Saturday. A trip to enjoy with all its "splendor and pomp". The disadvantage was that it was regularly "traffic jam cycling" in both directions. Also thanks to the hikers, the motorcycles and slightly less the cars. There were not many catering establishments and those that were open could not handle the crowds. But we enjoyed it. TIP: Do not go in the weekend.
Great weather, but unfortunately also a lot of traffic. It must be a wonderful sight when the trees are in bloom.

Nice along the Linge 2; The Linge cycle route introduces you to the Linge, the longest river in the Netherlands. This offshoot of the Waal is at its most beautiful between Gorinchem and Geldermalsen. A winding ribbon in the flat Rivierenland with intimate dike villages, grienden, floodplains and many fruit trees on both sides.
