Today I hiked Loop 22 of the Altmühltal Panorama Trail.
A hike with a lot to offer.

It starts in Beilngries, which boasts a historic old town, medieval towers, and baroque buildings.

The trail leads along the Main-Danube Canal and beautiful forest paths to Biberach, with its pretty fortified church, and Plankstetten, with its magnificent Benedictine monastery.
