The coastal path from l'Ametlla de Mar to l'Ampolla is one of the most popular sections of the GR® 92. The reason? It runs along one of the most beautiful corners of the Catalan coast. The trail offers incredible views of the Mediterranean, imposing cliffs, coves with emerald waters, and a pine forest that almost reaches the sea.
As you can imagine, in addition to passing through incredible places, this adventure has a very attractive bonus: the many opportunities it offers to stop at idyllic coves and beaches and take a refreshing dip. These highlights include the beautiful coves of Santes Creus, the Estany Podrit cove, and L'Illot beach.
The route begins in l'Ametlla de Mar and ends in l'Ampolla. If you don't have a backup car, we recommend taking the train back to l'Ametlla de Mar. Both towns have countless services.

Finally we stopped at La Bocana. Traditional Spanish cuisine (menu including wine and water for €25 per person). Highly recommended.
