Laguna Grande de La Gomera is a beautiful natural lake located in the heart of the Garajonay National Park. It is one of the most emblematic and visited sites on the island due to its natural beauty and ecological importance.
The lagoon is surrounded by a laurel forest, a unique and ancient ecosystem composed of dense vegetation of lauraceae, ferns and mosses. Without a doubt a magical corner that is worth exploring.
This circular route, less than a kilometer long and without technical difficulty, is ideal to enjoy with the family. The path takes you into an environment that seems straight out of a fairy tale. Furthermore, during spring, the landscape is dressed in a mantle of flowers, creating an even more magical and enchanting setting.
At the lagoon, there is an area assigned to park vehicles. In addition, you will find areas set up to have a picnic, or delight in the delicious local cuisine at the restaurant located right next to the park.
