From the Visitors centre follow the Orange arrows, this is supposed to be 7k but more like 9k at least. Mostly on forest tracks with a few open gravel tracks. A few of the downhill descents through the thick wooded areas could become tricky if wet as there are lots of exposed tree roots to negotiate.
Very nice walk, we did it in December, so very muddy in places and some steep declines.
