Ms Cool_Dude and I walked this route from Brinkhill on the best possible autumn day. Dry, clear with little wind. Brinkhill is small but with much history, explained on a board at the start of the walk outside Brook Farm. The bench at Willow Bank Wood is at the top of climb from both north and south. A place on the seat is not guaranteed.
