Another beautiful walk, gorgeous autumn colours. Very busy at the chalet, but then you can go to the parking lot of Zonheuvel. No gnomes this time.
Walk through Utrechtse Heuvelrug looking for the famous rode 🍄. Found losts of them. Beautiful route with beautiful weather but busy on a Sunday. (Missing first part of the route)
Beautiful forest route. Free parking at the start: https://maps.app.goo.gl/FSpUB8r7kD7bZ4ibA Very occasionally a (blue) sign is missing, so navigating with Komoot is recommended. Along the way there is a beautiful view over the Heuvelrug from the lookout tower "De Kaap" (25 meters high). Tip: coffee/lunch afterwards "The Coat of Arms of Sandenburg" https://maps.app.goo.gl/mFEfgrt7QYoy4yRN6 It is located approximately 500 meters from the start/finish and has a beautiful terrace at the rear.
