April 2, 2023, Hollywood Hills - Burbank Peak - Cahuenga Peak - Mt Lee

First day in LA - let's start with a hike to the landmark par excellence. The route was rated easy by Komoot - the girls complained a lot on the climb to Burbank Peak - but the view was definitely worth it. On the way back, however, we decided to take a different route through Lake Hollywood Park - so today's tour became a nice circular route. I liked it - especially at 18 degrees hiking is more fun than at five degrees and permanent rain. And the LA skyline was beautiful to look at

We actually wanted to continue the hike from the highest point toward Wisdom Tree, but had to turn back after about 400 meters because the terrain was too difficult for us. Up until then—back of Hollywood—everything was normal. So, the hike was a bit longer but still very beautiful.
