The Fischleintal is rightly described as one of the most beautiful valleys in the Alps. The panorama is simply magnificent: the stone giants present themselves from the Sextener Rotwand to the Drei-Schuster-Spitze and the Gsellknob. We shortened the way back with the shuttle bus to avoid the impending thunderstorm.
‼️The HM are wrong - once again. It's only about 250‼️ Our hiking guides say that the Dolomite hiker must have been in the Fischleintal. It is the most beautiful valley in the world 🤔 Taking into account the expected crowds of people who would go on this route - we were thinking of the Three Peaks - we chose Saturday - arrival and departure day. And we were pleasantly surprised. It was really relaxing and beautiful. Above all, the larch meadows are a dream. And since we liked the way there so much, we hiked back again. The lower path seemed fuller to us, especially with 🚴♂️. So we had a very relaxed and great last day of hiking. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether it is the most beautiful valley in the world. In any case, the hike was worth it. Stop at the end of the valley for delicious Schlutzkrapfen and a nice chat with a young couple from Münster who are traveling with their Australian Shephard dog Maja.
Since I brought a bad cold with me from Val di Fassa, today things went almost all downhill. But it was worth it. A beautiful path with great views of the mountains. Us these colors...!🤩
Today it rained 🌧️ all day and yet it was a nice tour 😊
From Sexten we hike up and through the forest and larch meadows to Fischleingrund. Continue to the valley end hut and take the same path back to the parking lot at Fischleingrund. Here you don't go back the way you came, but a little further down along the wide field path to Moos and back to Sexten. A super nice tour with great views of the Sesto sundial without any technical difficulties. Very easy to go.
We started from our accommodation towards the village, where we had breakfast. This is also where the actual tour begins. After a short stretch on the main path, we turned right, up towards the forest. The path is always well marked and easy to follow. When we leave the forest, we are treated to a beautiful view of the mountains. The path is now quite busy, however, as there is a car park and a hotel here. When we arrived at the final hut, we turned back immediately as the hut was completely overcrowded.
