Quiet bays, views of the Lienz Dolomites and undisturbed rest areas: The Slow Trail takes you along the north shore of Lake Weissensee for a good seven kilometers and shows you the most beautiful natural sites of the lake. The focus is on consciously perceiving the landscape and coming to rest. It starts at the Ronacherfels ferry stop, which you can either reach by ferry from Naggl or Neusach, or you can walk the short distance from Neusach.

Now you always follow the path that leads you directly along the turquoise blue lake. First on a wider gravel path, then on a narrow forest and stone path, you hike straight ahead. You are guaranteed to be able to observe a few fish on the flat shore, take a swim break or let yourself be gently swayed over the water in a floating lounger.

Arrived on the east bank, you can spend some time at the Stockenboi lido before taking the ferry back from the "Dolomitenblick" stop.

Weissensee, I took the boat from Techendorf to the Dolomitenblick. Then along the lake via Ronacherfels (I can also highly recommend this is a great restaurant) to Neusach. From there with the adventure pass (you get it in the hotel) to Techendorf, then hiked along the waterfront back to Oberdorf.
Was really fun again. 🚶
