Running
Every year, a night trail is organized in December on the routes of the Bures-sur-Yvette trail station. If you wish to participate, you will therefore not discover new routes in the Chevreuse valley. However, you will have the pleasure of putting your training sessions into practice in competition.
The route essentially follows that of route 2. A few loops and detours have been added to increase the distance from eight to twelve kilometres. Starting from the Chabrat sports complex, the race heads south through the Grande Maison park.
After having traveled the length and breadth of the communal forest, you return to the starting point via the Fauvettes viaduct. Crossed towards the end, the bridge is the high point of this beautiful nocturnal itinerary. Whether in the race or out of the race, you will certainly enjoy running on the trails of this short and nervous course.
