Discover flora and fauna over 24 kilometers in the floodplains of the Lippe and Ahse from Hovestadt via Herzfeld, Lippborg, Hultrop and Niederbauer. The "Nature Experience Floodplain" loop takes you past attractive floodplain landscapes that were created between 2009 and 2012 as part of the "Nature Experience Floodplain" project and today represent new habitats for animals and plants as well as offering observation opportunities and places to rest.

A total of almost 70 kilometers of cycle route with an east-west extension of 37 kilometers await you with ever new views and insights on the "Auenland Cycle Path". Observation huts and comfortable seating invite you to linger. The Auenland Cycle Path connects the experience points with information boards to create an entertaining journey along the Lippe and Ahse.
