This route was planned by komoot.
Sunshine and a light breeze perfect walking weather today. I've not been to Rivington pike for years so took the opportunity with a break from the poor weather to get some fresh air. I had spotted a route on Komoot and went to explore the moor loop, I was surprised by newly layed paths and a new cairn at the two Lads. I did take a short cut across a very boggy field which was a school boy error but on the whole a good 10k walking.
Beautiful day for a hike to see Rivington pike/2lads/ winter hill
