What a spot the summit of the peninsula is! The effort is well worth it. Two donkeys then accompanied us to the footbridge that leads to the small island. This is a must-do in the morning. The parking lot was almost full when we left late morning.
Very nice tour around the peninsula on the northern side of the lake and the small island next to it. The great afternoon light did the rest to conjure up beautiful colors in a beautiful landscape.
