Deep in the heart of the Kempen region, amidst forests, heathland, and fields, lies Postel Abbey: a collection of buildings, both old and new, disjointed yet beautiful, culminating in a centuries-old Romanesque church. Since 1140, several monks, followers of and named after Saint Norbert, have lived here. The Norbertines, or monks named after Saint Norbert, are known as monks.
